My Story
I grew up in El Paso, where the connection between people, work and community shaped how I see leadership. Curiosity about technology became a practical foundation through my studies at the University of Texas at El Paso and Western Technical Institute.
That technical foundation has stayed with me. I enjoy understanding how things work, finding what gets in the way and building a system people can actually use.
Learning across borders
At ASO Worldwide, my work connected El Paso, Juárez and Milan. Launching a manufacturing facility in Italy reinforced the value of clear processes, cross-cultural communication and teams trained to own their work.
Connecting creativity and discipline
As Vice President of Operations at Super-Sensitive Musical String Co., I worked across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply chain and distribution. The products were creative; the operation still needed consistent execution and financial discipline.
Technology in service of people
At Constant Companion, I brought operations and healthcare technology together as Operations Manager & Chief of Staff. Helping grow an AI voice platform showed me how much technology can do when it makes a real service easier to deliver.
Building clarity into daily work
At The Lopez Law Group, I led team development, a CRM migration and operational workflows, then supported client services and business systems. Each role reinforced the importance of clear ownership, good training and dependable follow-through.
Bringing ideas into practice
